Steps to Reproduce
- Pick up Doretta's head.
- Go down the elevator at the end of a level while holding the head.
- When the next level loads, you will no longer be holding the head, and won't be able to use your pickaxe.
Explanation
Going down an elevator holding dorettas head makes it so that you cant use your pickaxe on the next floor. It is then fixed by picking up the workbench box and throwing it.
