Steps to Reproduce
- Equip the Steady Aim perk
- Start a mission
- Check stats in the built menu
- Stats are not reduced by correct value
Explanation
Steady aim perk is giving a fraction of the stated recoil and spread movement pentaly reduction. For example at lv 4, rather than giving the respective -30% and -40%, it is giving -0.3% and -0.4% making the perk basically usless
