Steps to Reproduce
- Acquire Charger from a workbench
- Fire Charger
Explanation
(Experimental branch) The MM-4 Charger is not consuming ammo.
Charging the weapon correctly reduced the reserve ammo,
but the reserve ammo reset after firing.
I had a burst pistol and 2 explosive shots in case that matters
The charger has weakpoint damage, reload speed, and radiation damage
