Enhance Cyclone Weapon: Recoil, Fire Rate, Close-Range Damage, and Magazine Capacity Adjustments

Buff cyclone again, some things I thought of (idk if they would work but they might): - reduce/rework recoil or sway (left and right), spectral has almost no recoil and can 2 tap headshot so it's way better in that aspect - slightly increase firerate, since spectral can be shot extremely fast and takes less shots to kill this would make it more viable - make it 2 shot hesdshot at very close range, this concept worked for the marui and vezin where now vezin is better up close and marui is better from far away and I think this would have a similar effect - increase mag size / allow the ability to buy and extended mag I don't think all of these should be added but maybe 1 or 2 of them. This would be good because every gun has a purpose after the new meta change (it was a really good one), even the urukan has its own use but it feels like, atleast at top level, the cyclone has no benefits over the spectral. Buffing it again if done correctly would likely lead to cyclone and spectral being better in different scenarios instead of the spectral being best 99.9% of the time, kinda like the vezin and marui.
