Spectator Mode Persists After Round Start

Steps to Reproduce

1. I was looking at something in the menu just as the new round started (or perhaps I opened or closed the menu just as the round changed, I don't quite remember), which I think might have triggered it.
2. If it wasn't that, I'm not sure how to reproduce.

Explanation

Remained in the black and white after death spectator mode even once the next round begun. I was killed, and so of course you get the black and white view where you can fly around etc. But then, the next round started and I didn't respawn properly. My player model was there, in the map, but I was unable to do anything.
