Explanation
Unable to use buy menu in ranked game. The menu appears but disappears immediately and nothing can be bought. However, if you press the button to open the menu with a gun in your hand you CAN buy attachments. I tried rejoining the game, but that didn’t seem to fix it. (luckily i still won)
