Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the game through SteamVR using Virtual Desktop or Steam Link
  2. Move the controller around
  3. The hand in game doesn't immediately follow where the controller actually is

Explanation

There's very noticable delay in hand movement when playing the game through SteamVR on quest 2/3 This issue only happens when launching the game with SteamVR as the XR runtime and not Oculus or VDXR The two attached videos are me demonstrating this in Breachers and Pavlov for comparison You can clearly see the in-game hand in Breachers doesn't immediately follow where the controller actually is unlike how their movement matches perfectly in Pavlov (for clarfication I had hand smoothing or any other simillar options off when recording both videos)

When I originally posted this on the discord server someone commented that "steamvr forces this for all games that don't set some config option" so I'd suggest asking steam developer support about this if it's possible (link to the original thread : https://discord.com/channels/1013740143003324487/1339052097802469428)

(I'd really appreciate this issue getting fixed soon because it forces me to play the game through VDXR which makes it difficult to record the video for VRML recording mandate rules)
