Players Exploiting Menu to Avoid Competitive Matches

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into the oculus menu and click report abuse to open the normal breachers menu.
2. Click report on everyone on the other team to see who's there.
3. If you're in a stack while queuing, ensure your oculus menu is closed when your teammates and you get a comp game.
4. If you have your oculus menu open, you won't be able to enter the game until you close it.
5. The two people who load in should check who's on the other team.
6. One person stays in their oculus menu until their teammates give the ol or they stay in there if they think they won't win.

Explanation

People have been stacking to be able to dodge games and also have found new ways to see who's on the other team before comp matches start. Specifically unknownleverage,ash aka yomizz (yes that his name it's not the ash from ivi) and hip fire.They load into games and make one of their players not join thw comp yet and I dont mean as soon as they load in they leave like they dont load in until they check who thyre going against and if they feel like they'll lose they'll tell theyre teamate to not join
