Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get into a party with anyone from another region (Europe to NA)
  2. Make the NA player select any region
  3. Observe that the EU player takes priority
  4. Check that the servers are Amsterdam or Frankfurt regardless of the selected region

Explanation

Server selector in custom matches does not work if there are 2 players in a party each from different continents.
