Steps to Reproduce

1. link your meta account to steam account
2. set meta as primary
3. link steam to primary
4. buy a dlc on steam
5. equip it
6. it wont work
7. link your meta account to steam account
8. set meta as primary
9. link steam to primary
10. queue for a ranked game
11. load into ranked game
12. wait a bit

Explanation

so i play on steam and my account is linked to meta, with this new update i haven't been able to equip skins i've only been able to equip the skins i purchased on meta but my dlcs from steam are there
also recently when i log i go into a ranked match and everyone freezes and it kicks me out
