Steps to Reproduce

1. Queue comp in West coast servers

Explanation

Fremont servers usually ending in people not loading in to comp games. Over the past week, almost every single Fremont server I've gotten in comp has ended in between 7-9/10 players. Likely an issue with the server in general because I've also met some people that are kicked and unable to rejoin even if they load in initially.
