Random Player Kicks During Hideout Map in League Play

Steps to Reproduce

1. No idea whatsoever.

Explanation

Bug where once a map is started (hideout at least, not sure about the others) the game will randomly decide to boot players. It will only boot certain players. You can see a casted match here: https://www.youtube.com/live/UpCWzYxJW34?si=mHSzyuM2REoxcrj2

You can see it kick out the caster multiple times. You also see it kick out 1 player from each team at the start of the game, then the second time we try it kicks players intermittantly and seemingly at random. Not sure whats causing it, but league play and competitive are unplayable as long as there is a chance you get perma kicked by the server.
