Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any stairway on skyscraper
2. Put head and gun through railing
3. Shoot any enemy player

Explanation

On skyscraper, you can put your head and gun through the railing of any stairway and shoot other players through walls. I can provide raw footage of the exploit for more information.
