Abnormally Long Queue Times in Ranked Matches

Steps to Reproduce

1. Live in a region with relatively high ping
2. Have a high ranked (at least diamond, the higher the worse)
3. Queue ranked, even at peak times.

Explanation

Abnormally long queue time.
Last season nearly every time I queued it took me a few HOURS to find a single game. All the meanwhile my friends list was full of people higher-ranked than me getting games within minutes of queueing.

This season it's not fixed so I gave up on grinding ranked because of it.

Stacking with someone who was unranked lead to me finding games fairly quickly, also playing on an unranked alt I could still find games.
