Steps to Reproduce

1. To reproduce this, you need to: 1. Start the dedicated server,
2. 2. When a player joins and a new game starts after the previous one, you need to be in preview mode, and that's when the error appears. Note: I don't know if this works when a player joins for the first time.

Explanation

When you create a game and enable preview mode, the players' progress bar when a game is about to start stays at 0% indefinitely.
