Explanation

Every time I try to upload a map to the Workshop, the upload dialog window opens directly behind the main map editor window.

When I click on the upload window to bring it to the front, it flashes visible for a brief second before immediately hiding behind the main editor window again. This rapid switching makes it impossible to click any buttons or interact with the upload interface.

PLEASE WATCH THE ATTACHED VIDEO TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN

Workaround:
The only way I can interact with or view the upload window is by moving the entire map editor window out of the way so I can see what's behind it.
