Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip stun baton
2. smack person with a jump attack
3. smack again with the baton to witness the lack of player electrocution despite flashing lights

Explanation

Stun baton's visual efffect remains unchanged after activating its stun effect. The stun baton remains visually activated even though it's still on cooldown.
