Explanation

IGame.SpawnWeaponItem() [2/3 in API] ignores given boolean parameter (always true)

This method with the inclusion of the enablePhysics boolean specifically ignores the boolean value given; the spawned weapon will always stay frozen. The other two methods do not have this issue.
