Orders Not Deleting Despite Delete Action

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try deleting the 'Semen' order.

Explanation

You can't delete orders for any reason. When you click Delete order it simply says you do- But it doesnt- and still says its claimed and after 3 mins when it auto unclaims- Its right back there and not deleted.
