Steps to Reproduce

  1. Seek ticket 14
  2. try do an Loa for 2 weeks

Explanation

Theres a bug with LOA's (Time off requests) where when your put a time and date in (refer to ticket 14) variables break and doesnt explain the actual issue. just says refStartDate
