Inconsistent Raid Disconnect Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

1. About 15 minutes into the raid, the screen turns black and the user is at the main menu at meta.
2. The user selects the game again to come back.
3. Sometimes the user comes back to exactly where they left off, and sometimes they don't.
4. This issue keeps happening.

Explanation

Getting kicked in the middle of raids. Sometimes I can come back and not loose everything but sometimes I can't.
