Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up bolts from a chest
2. Find a new weapon from chest then put it in left or right holster
3. Grab weapon
4. Weapon sometimes turns into bolts causing the found weapon to disappear
5. Randomly grab bolts out of your bag when grabbing from your holster or picking something up from a chest
6. Switch the page in the backpack to a page that doesn't have bolts to avoid the issue

Explanation

Whenever you pick up a bundle of bolts mid raid the next weapon you find will randomly turn into the bolts.
