Explanation

The game Reave on PC is experiencing stuttering when moving hands and using the thumbstick, despite the frame rate being rock solid as shown by fpsvr overlay. This issue occurs regardless of the refresh rate set, up to 120Hz. The stuttering is more pronounced with joystick movement and is present when using virtual desktop and Steam on a Quest 3. Moving the head around remains smooth, confirming that the frame rate does not drop below the target.

This issue was created from the following Discord message:
Ok so the game on pc is very stuttery when I move my hands and when I move with the thumbstick. I have fpsvr overlay showing that the frame rate is rock solid though. No matter what refresh rate I set it to even up to 120 the hands/arms are stuttery and even worse the joystick movement is stuttery. Feels like I'm dropping frames but my performance graphs show that it's not dropping below target frame rates (I can confirm this cause moving my head around is smooth) this happens with virtual desktop and steam like on my quest 3
