Player gets stuck in walls and falls through the map

Steps to Reproduce

1. I’ve fallen through the matrix times now
2. stops me from moving forwards in the game
3. cause I can’t keep kits
4. sometimes it’s because I grabbed a chest or my backpack
5. sometimes it’s completely random

Explanation

Falling through the map, or teleporting through walls, the teleport button works when I get stuck in the wall, but ones nothing when I go below the map
