Explanation
Legendary dagger is experiencing an issue where it has excessive penetration and the ability to wipe out all player stamina, regardless of armor, resulting in an imbalanced gameplay experience.
This issue was created from the following Discord message:
one hit with that and it doesnt matter what armor you have, it has legendary dagger pen, as well as the ability wiping out all your stam
