Character Creation Name Entry Loops and Error on Restart

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open game
2. Leave it open while VR sleeps (~30 minutes)
3. Agree to terms and service
4. Try to enter character name

Explanation

I tried making a character. When I tried to enter the name, it just loaded for a moment and brought me back to the name screen. I thought it may just be that the name wasn't allowed, so I changed it but it loaded quicker and again, put me back on the name screen. I couldn't do anything so I tried restarting the game, but then got an error screen.
