Steps to Reproduce

1. I have no idea how to reproduce this
2. I think it's un-gripping too close to the backpack or out of 'field of view'

Explanation

Sword/Torch does not equip back onto the belt and disappears into the abyss--however, i believe I "found" the icon of my sword just floating.

I originally spawned in without a sword at the very start--somehow while grabbing my backpack just messing around, I was able to "spawn" the sword--don't know if this is related or not
