Steps to Reproduce

1. Killed a monster from the outside through the holes of the bars
2. When the monster was dead, pushed the button to open the gate
3. The gate went the whole way up
4. As soon as I went in, the gate closed behind me
5. No way out
6. The only way was to exit the game

Explanation

Trapped in a cell with a chest with no way out, the door shut behind me.
