Items are experiencing issues when being picked up; they fall to the ground and sometimes disappear or teleport to the ground. This issue seems to be triggered by any sudden movement or collision.

Had a lot of issues with my quest itself so I wasnt able to do much
But items would fall when I tried to pick them up, and sometimes just disappear/teleport to the ground
it felt as if any sudden movement or collision made the item disappear
