Explanation

The game crashes when opening the Steam menu. This issue occurs with specific configurations: Regular steamvr, ProtonGE 8-32, and recommended launch env vars for alvr. Previously, incorrectly set up KDE wallet and potential SteamVR unlock issues may have contributed to crashes, but opening the firewall seemed to mitigate the crashes except when opening the Steam menu.

I've got the game loading on bazzite! I may have had a problem with an incorrectly set up KDE wallet which steamvr seems to want to unlock, but opening the firewall seemed to stop the crashes. I'm able to move around in the loading area but opening the steam menu crashes the game. Regular steamvr, ProtonGE 8-32 and recommended launch env vars for alvr
