Windows key functionality issues with multiple clients open

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with 2 different characters
2. Try to hit the windows key

Explanation

So something is odd about the windows key. With one client open I can hit the windows key and no issues. But with 2 clients open the windows key will drop the client to the desktop and also there is an issue with swapping clients. When going from one to another the client studders. This never happened before and hasnt happened in any previous version or another other server.
