Entertainer buff not working through UI, but works with /inspire command

Steps to Reproduce

1. not really sure since this was the first instance I have had of this issue and only with one character.

Explanation

So I made a new character today and I tried to buff him with my entertainer but I was not able to. I kept getting the message that he wasnt watching my entertainer. Now I had previously buffed another character on my account and not on my account earlier so I know it was working (buffing that is) So after reading something in disco about /inspire . So after trying to use the icon to start buffing and it didnt work I then tried to use /inspire and it worked, I was able to buff my alt. So I wasnt able to buff using the inspire icon but I was able to using /inspire
