VIP Bunker Exclusive Command Failure with /setPerm

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get yourself a V.I.P bunker and ensure you are the owner of said bunker deed
2. Put the VIP bunker down some where either in a city our outside a city.
3. Go into the VIP bunker
4. Type the command /setPerm Admin <Characternamehere>;
5. Change the <Characternamehere> to one of your character name above should have a 2nd characrter to add can't be the same as the own that owns the sturcture
6. Watch your chat box for the error message to occur

Explanation

Issue with the V.I.P Bunker only not being able to use the /setPerm command
from the chat box.

IE:
/setPerm Admin Shadow;

And Shadow is the name of one of my characters and is a valid
name. I use the same macro on other buildings and it works perfectly
fine it is just the V.I.P Bunker that is having this issue.

Now this exact same macro works on other buildings including my city hall
but it will not work on the VIP bunker. It will give you the error message
"You must specify a valid permission list (Entry, Ban, Admin, Hopper)"

Now I have specified admin in the command

This appears to be only with the V.I.P bunker.

The commands work perfectly with other houses this is an
issue related to just the V.I.P bunker.

Can you please look into the issue you should be able to
use the /setPerm within the V.I.P Bunker so someting
isn't right here.
