Status:	Open
Priority:	Medium
Added by:	lukasz1s11_42422 on October 28, '26
Assigned to:	Unassigned
Due date:
Reported for:	Patch 2.0.0.12 Auto

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Neighbors: Suburban Warfare on Xbox.
2. Go to the Neighbors character selection menu.
3. Select/check Chad, Doreen, Gramps or Kim.
4. All four characters show a padlock and “COMING SOON!” instead of being available to select.
5. Other players/friends are able to use these characters.

Explanation

Chad, Doreen, Gramps and Kim are showing as “COMING SOON!” in the Neighbors menu on my Xbox account. My friends are able to use these characters, so I believe they should be available on my account as well. I was told this may be fixable in the backend.

My Xbox username is MNG Lukasz

Please could you check my account and unlock/fix these four characters?
