Fire from flaming paper planes not always spreading upon landing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Seems to be fairly random when a fire will spread when landing on the floor
2. However, it seems to be more likely not to spread when hitting a wall
3. Or when the plane hits the floor at a shallow angle
