Missing Displayed Items After Pickup

Steps to Reproduce

1. First load up a match
2. Pick up any item mentioned at the top (non equipable items that display on the right. )
3. They will most likely not be shown on the right even though they are still in use

Explanation

Items such as O2, magnetic boots, shortcut key, SIIC shield and all other items displayed on the right don’t always show after picking them up. This is a critical issue that has been happening since the initial update on January 29th.
