Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load up a game
  2. Submit all keycards on either stage
  3. Have someone who takes a little longer to load
  4. Press R2 or whatever button to use an item
  5. It will work despite not being able to move or see

Explanation

Users have a brief moment depending on how long the last person needs to load to interact with each other during or right after a loading screen, this contains any action like syringing another user, pushing, outside of moving.
