Steps to Reproduce

1. Made all steps to test the internet
2. Removed all VPNs
3. Disabled Windows firewall
4. Changed the internet for testing
5. The problem persists

Explanation

I buy the game today 18-07-26 on steam, but when i open the game, this error showed for me, this is strange, because i never play this game before
