Buff the transport helicopter by adding the ability for anyone on a team to spawn in it. Currently, the way it works is only useful at the beginning of games, when everyone is grouped together; in midgame, there is little to no point in using it for its intended purpose. If anyone on the team could spawn in it, it could be more useful for getting bigger groups of people to certain locations, instead of just being a temporary respawn for one squad.
