Implement a Cooperative Team Radio System for Enhanced Strategy

Design the radio system to enhance strategic and cooperative team play, similar to the system in Arma Reforger.

A.K.A. Something through which Squad Leaders can talk to other Squad Leaders. With even a Platoon Leader to coordinate them.

Ability for players to switch between different radio channels to manage communication with specific squads.
