Please delete firing delay reset on snipers. If you want to balance, add recoil. Delays make the game unrealistic. Try to play dragunov/red dot and you will understand. In real life, the first limit factor of rate of fire is recoil management of the operator, not a cycling delay in the weapon. And please increase damage of scar h beacause its chambred in 7.62x51 Ar=aug=scar L<Ak<scar H Dragunov is in 7.62x54 so the scar H should be approximatively the sames damages and recoil Im sporting shooter if you want you can ask me, I will anser with pleasure :)
