You should add a team leader to each squad, a good name for this would be seargent but it doesnt really matter. The leader would be randomly chosen in each squad at the start of a match and the leader can give away its role to another squadmate. The ability of the leader would be to have a radio, where they can communicate with the other leaders. It would function like pavlov or onwards radio where holding down the trigger close to the head/shoulder would broadcast what your saying to each leader on your team. This would make it so leaders can coordinate the team as a whole and it would allow for better teamwork between the squads. To make it so every doesnt go in their own solo squad you could make it so only the full squads get a leader, capping the leaders at 4 (16/4)
