Add broadcast locations.

These locations would allow a player to pick up a radio/phone to talk to all players on their team in a one-sided conversation. These could be set to objectives so players can call in reinforcements to certain points/let people know everyone is at their location. Maybe add a dial that the player needs to adjust to get the right radio frequency to be able to speak into it.
