Add entire team voice chat when communication radio is activated via gesture.

I think having the chance to talk to the entire team should be an option. If you add a gesture where you grab a microphone in front of your mouth, or a by grabbing next to your ear like an earpiece, it should let you talk to the entire team. There may also need to be an option to adjust the volume levels of the different methods (team, squad, and proximity).

Phasmophobia has this feature when playing in VR to active communication radio this way and it works really well.
