Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a repair gun
2. Observe the health bar
3. Check if the health bar is acting as expected

Explanation

Since the update I was checking out the new map and I was in engineer class. And aircraft and land vehicles was taking damage, when I was repairing there was sparks but the repair bar was not going up then 10/15 seconds it went 100%. N
