Regression of:	#185 Player Stuck Inside Tank, Unable to Exit This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have someone on the opposite team drive into your AA with the hummer
2. Exit AA
3. Try to re-enter
4. You will be unable to exit the hummer until AA respawns or someone helps
