Steps to Reproduce

1. Load Paradise
2. get in boat or Humvee
3. duck extremely low
4. optionally enable third person to still see
5. optionally drive boat far out -> virtually impossible to take out driver/gunner and can still drive around/shoot at leisure

Explanation

Boat gunner / Humvee driver exploit

Played a couple rounds on Paradise yesterday where people kept:
1) parking boats very far away and ducking/lying down so low they can't be hit whilst spraying the spawn area, and
2) driving Humvees around ducking/lying down so low they can't be hit.
Especially 1) is quite game-disrupting and frustrating as there's basically no way to take out the gunner or the boat.
If this is intended behaviour, you might wish to consider for vehicle armour to not be 100% bullet proof, so it's at least possible to somehow take out the driver/gunner.
