Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game on Meta Quest 2.
2. Join a multiplayer match.
3. Observe that game sounds are audible, but voice communication with other players is missing.
4. Attempt to use the "Connect to Voice Chat" button (it remains non-functional).
5. The issue sometimes persists even after a full game restart
