Steps to Reproduce

1. Sometimes you will come across players who are invincible and don't take damage.
2. On the flip end of this, it's almost as if you are invisible to them.
3. I unloaded a deagle point blank into someone's head and they didn't even react.
4. After a few seconds, they finally could see me.
5. We were able to damage each other.

Explanation

Some players gain random bouts of invincibility but it doesn't last for long
