Steps to Reproduce

1. Grab the bow
2. Hold the bow out in front of you and grab an arrow
3. Nock the arrow but do not pull it back
4. Move your hand with the nocked arrow and not the hand holding the bow
5. Once you have your hand in the position that you want the bow to stay, let go of the arrow, not the bow
6. The bow should stay in the same position as you had the arrow facing
